The management of IT Infrastructure & Application Services are delivered by a dedicated team of skilled professionals remotely from our Management Control Centre in Belfast. These monitoring and management tools such as BMC Patrol enable a proactive approach to service delivery.
Our Remote services have been developed from years of experience in designing bulletproof IT operations based on ITIL. Highly trained, dedicated, operational staff will constantly manage your IT infrastructures, however complex, by connecting directly to your servers. We can then deal with alerts received by our central BMC Patrol System.
Potential problems can be identified early and the necessary corrective actions can be rapidly taken - before the problems develop to a point where they would effect system operation.

Guardian Angel - Quality Of Service Monitoring Solution
GuardianAngel, a Web-based service hosted by B.I.C. Systems, provides entry-level service level performance and availability monitoring for servers, software applications and network devices. The offering provides remote monitoring, notification and repporting across customers' servers, networks and application infrastructures with telephone based technical support. Because it is a Web-based service, GuardianAngel is self-provisioning, easy to use, easy to implement and inexpensive to operate.

ISP Services
Many organisations are recognising the benefits of reduced cost, improved security, increased availability/reliability and improved service levels by transferring nominated applications to a hosting partner. These can include applications that are ‘utility' in nature, such as mail, messaging and collaborative computing services based on Microsoft Exchange and Lotus Notes right through to web based applications. We currently host applications from our Belfast Datacentre for over 50 organisations across the UK and Ireland on Windows .Net and Windows 2000 Server.
