Field Engineering Support Services
Our support engineers are trained and certified by the market leading hardware manufacturers as systems engineers and will provide a full systems support service, ensuring competency in addressing and diagnosing hardware and software issues.  Engineers are responsible for ensuring that the system is back to full operation prior to leaving the customer site.

As part of a contract engagement phase our technical staff will identify the spares requirement.  We currently carry a next business day spares inventory in excess of £250,000 in our Belfast warehouse, which ensures we can achieve the required fix times for customer contracts. 

Hardware Support Services

This option provides enhanced support in terms of  Response and Fix times covering Desktop, Server and Network Hardware support.  This service provides a mechanism for Guaranteed Fix times, which is not currently provided by any manufacturer warranty service.

The Maintenance & Support processes are co-ordinated though our Enterprise Service Centre (eSC).  The maintenance services comprise of a comprehensive range of on-site repair, loan swap out and workshop repair Services.  Our service delivery model has been successfully deployed into a large number of customers for a over 10 years.

Software Support Services

A software support option would layer on top of an existing server hardware support contract or agreed Warranty Services and provides layered software support covering Operating Systems and layered Applications. This provides customers with a one stop solution covering break fix support on customer ICT infrastructure when combined with hardware support. 

The Maintenance & Support processes are co-ordinated though our Enterprise Service Centre (eSC).  The maintenance services comprise of a comprehensive range of on-site, and telephone based software support delivered by suitable qualified engineers in partnership with software Vendors.
